I didn't have to work today, and I was still feeling very scrappy! I did three layouts! Whoo-Hoo!
At the Friday night crop: Sarah Dunford, Me, and Rachel Ninen. We had so much fun! Here's the book I was working on.
At the Queen & Company trunk show, I came away with all of this great stuff!
Here's a picture of the PILES I came home with. I won a few things, but most was purchased! I managed to put it all away some how!
Here's how I organized my Queen & Co straws. This is an apothecary jar I had colored pencils in.
Here are my layouts from the Creative Color Techniques II class:
In this class, we used gelattos, an ink pen, and spray ink. I love how fun it was to "paint" the canvas banner!
For the Happy Days layout, we used alcohol inks to color the bling. We also used souffle pens to dot buttons, color the letters, and to create faux stitches on the buttons and clouds. We used gelattos as water paints for the banner, flags and butterflies.
And now for Monday's layouts! Wow, I have to say I had a very productive 3 day weekend!
This first layout has a polka dot background inspired by Frosted Designs and uses a sketch from Paper Secrets:
Next, I created this layout using a sketch from Page Maps as a challenge listed on Scrappin' Peeps membership board.
My last layout was inspired by a sketch on Paper Bakery:
The only full sheet of pattern paper I used was on the first layout for the background. The other pieces were scraps!
Whew, I'm tired, but so happy to be so scrappy!!
Looks like you had a lot of fun! Great job on the mini album & your other projects! Looks like you wont have to shop for awhile with all those scrappy packages.TFS.
